I have a priority over night package. The driver pulled in the drive way - sat in his truck - pulled out and never came to the door. Then marked it as “incorrect address”. When calling into customer service, they can’t get in touch with the local hub or my driver. This sort of situation has happened multiple times.

I don't know who is running FEDEX here in Paducah, Ky, but it is garbage. The amazon delivery drivers can always find my house no issue, I have a big number on end that is very visible. I hate when FEDEX delivers anything to me, because either they can't fit it on the truck(their excuse once before about 2 recliners in boxes) or they can't read the address on the label and see the number matches it on the house. If you look up FEDEX on the Better Business Bureau they don't even have the Paducah, Ky location listed on there.

Absolute garbage of a delivery company. I absolutely DREED seeing that my package is shipped with FedEx. Every single package that gets shipped with them is 2-3 days later than delivery date. Nothing ever seems to be changed with their company. Would be LOVELY to get my packages ON TIME!!! UPDATE: my package was never delivered. Driver pulled into driveway and said she doesn’t have it on her truck. Marked as delivered and left. Where is my shit?
