Pitiful excuse for a company. It was bad enough when they delivered from Evansville but whoever bought this and is running out of Paducah now needs to go on retire because he's a washed up has been that has no business trying to run a business either it's him or incompetent employees this happens very very often I had something to be delivered last Friday It was at their dock they didn't deliver It was a weekend project I had a trench dug and waiting It wasn't delivered they didn't deliver on Saturday they didn't deliver it ... read more
Great public service
I have a priority over night package. The driver pulled in the drive way - sat in his truck - pulled out and never came to the door. Then marked it as “incorrect address”. When calling into customer service, they can’t get in touch with the local hub or my driver. This sort of situation has happened multiple times.
I don't know who is running FEDEX here in Paducah, Ky, but it is garbage. The amazon delivery drivers can always find my house no issue, I have a big number on end that is very visible. I hate when FEDEX delivers anything to me, because either they can't fit it on the truck(their excuse once before about 2 recliners in boxes) or they can't read the address on the label and see the number matches it on the house. If you look up FEDEX on the Better Business Bureau they don't even have the Paducah, Ky location listed on there.
