Bad Campania
My $700 package was scheduled for delivery on June 12. The tracking map showed the driver in my area, but the package was never delivered. FedEx has since been unable to locate the package, and my support case was closed without any resolution. There have been no updates, and I am still without my package. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.
My package that has to be signed for but driver come to right house. The picture showed house that wasn't my house. I called to complain was lied too. I called second time received and received case number. FedEx must hire people who can't read. There has several complaints about this driver miss delivering packages all over 19125. FedEx needs to do a better job of hiring and training of there employees.
