I am disabled, I have clear delivery instructions posted on my door. Very large bold writing on a huge white sign. They keep leaving packages on the steps and on the ground and they've been stolen. There is a safe place in my door where packages can be left.

This location decided to send my package back to sender. "Somebody" in this location marked my package as "damaged" and send it back. Called FedEx multiple times and they could not find a picture of the damage and they would relate any further information regarding my package. This location does not have a phone number or a manager name that I could contact to receive more information.
