Absolutely Unacceptable – FedEx DuPont, WA If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid for overnight delivery for a perishable Mother’s Day gift, and FedEx failed to deliver—literally. The driver claimed they couldn’t access the gated community, yet there’s a large, clear sign on the gate panel with instructions: “For deliveries, dial this code.” Instead of taking five seconds to follow basic directions, they drove off and marked it as an attempted delivery. Believe the reviews! Here is my situation: I had an order out for delivery to my subdivision in Spanaway Washington on 02/19/2025. FedEx online said drivers name is MICHEAL. I work remotely from home and i have both the ring camera on front door and Roku cameras in windows of my home.
