Absolutely the worst, every other package is delivered to God knows where but it isn't our house or any of our neighbors. Call them and just get the run around, we are looking into and will call you. Never received a call back and customer service is terrible. Add an option for zero stars please
Today I had two packages coming from FedEx from two different locations. Normally my FedEx driver brings them up to my door but today the FedEx driver decided they were going to be lazy and dropped both packages in my driveway , yes in my driveway , and laid one of them up against my truck now how unacceptable and lazy is this? They never deliver to the right place. It's either always dropped off at the business office or my neighbors. They never look at the second line of the address. It obviously states RV#2
