Fedex sucks
Absolutely Unacceptable – FedEx DuPont, WA If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I called FedEx HQ and they informed me that my shipment was on a truck. My tracking info said it wasn’t. Of course they didn’t understand me due to a language barrier. I tried calling FedEx DuPont and was hung up on. I have been waiting for days. Unacceptable and unprofessional. EDIT: they contacted me with updated shipping info. If they deliver by Monday the 22nd I’ll change the rating to 5 stars.
