Marked as wrong address and changed my phone number to use as an excuse to not try and contact me. I see this is an ongoing issue with this location and I will do my best to never use FedEx again
FedEx is honestly the worst delivery service known to man.
Waited on time sensitive/refrigeration required medication delivery. Was at the gate to accept the package. Driver didn’t even stop the truck to try and delivery, drove right past us, then we received an alert that “FedEx tried to deliver but we weren’t there”. Reading other reviews, seems this is a continuing issue.
One delivery was delivered to another address, and I wasted time and requested the money back from the online store.... Second was just lost...
