Claimed to have tried to deliver a pkg and that I was not home, which was not the case. No door tag was left. They sent a partial image of a random door tag. Terrible service

Lied about me requesting it to be held and when I called to see what’s up, they changed it to attempt made. It’s in a communal location with multiple delivery services managing to deliver today. Driver flat out lied and nothing was done.
They suck so much. No one will ever answer. Always automated and no matter what you answer you’ll never talk to anyone.
