FedEx is honestly the worst delivery service known to man.
Waited on time sensitive/refrigeration required medication delivery. Was at the gate to accept the package. Driver didn’t even stop the truck to try and delivery, drove right past us, then we received an alert that “FedEx tried to deliver but we weren’t there”. Reading other reviews, seems this is a continuing issue.
One delivery was delivered to another address, and I wasted time and requested the money back from the online store.... Second was just lost...
The fedex drivers and MANAGERS sit in the parking lot and drink. Don’t know who speedx contractors are hiring but very unprofessional. They walk back into the terminal after they’ve been drinking.
