Zero stars! Everytime I have a package delivered through FedEx they drive past my place and say they attempted to delivery. I had FedEx reach out after I submitted multiple tickets and was told my case would be escalated to a manger to never hear from them(it’s been a month!) I only write this review now because I have another package “attempted” to be delivered by them that I can’t change delivery instructions ect. Don’t use them
The contrct driver for our neighborhood cant read address numbers. Has habit of just picking a house on street leaving package whether its correct unit or not.
