Lied about me requesting it to be held and when I called to see what’s up, they changed it to attempt made. It’s in a communal location with multiple delivery services managing to deliver today. Driver flat out lied and nothing was done.
They suck so much. No one will ever answer. Always automated and no matter what you answer you’ll never talk to anyone.
Over the top service! The staff here is a true team and i am very impressed with my experience. Keep up the good work 20/10 customers service! They made a very unfortunate situation easily fixed!
Worst experience ever. The postal service does better for less cost. 2 day signed delivery package. 7 days and still waiting. Would never use fed ex again
They either late delivering your package are they lost your package are delivered to somewhere else.i give zero stars if I could.
