Absolutely no customer service! Package was dropped off at the wrong location were it was rejected and I'm still fighting just to get an answer where it is! Absolutely garbage customer service! All automated and when you finally get a real person, they won't give you any information!! I will never use Fedex again after this experience!
When is enough going to be enough, FedEx? Multiple times a week we have reported issues with our FedEx driver speeding and driving recklessly down our road. Today, our worst fear became reality. Our dog, Gus, was sitting at the bottom of our driveway when a FedEx truck came through traveling well over the posted speed limit and struck him. The driver did not stop. No apology. I dropped at package at the Alton park hub that was labeled. I tracked this package and fed ex customer service. Was no help. Said it was never scanned. I came down to the hub in Alton park. A large man named Jeremy was the most help ive recieved. The package was a 1000$ football helmet and he had played hs and college ball. He was the nicest. I hope they give this man a raise. He did more for me in 5 mins then 1 hr of the online portal and the person i talked with in the customer service division.
FedEx is a joke!!!!! Driver refuses to deliver my package for 3 days said security issue what does that mean then when you call you get people overseas that don’t speak English very well thick accent. I would advise to not ever use FedEx they are rude and NOT helpful at all!!!
Happy they were open on a Sunday.
