Literally the worst delivery service. I didn’t think it could get worse than usps, But somehow FedEx can do it. Almost every package I receive from them gets messed up delayed, ruined in some shape form or fashion

Had major issues with multiple different packages with the Chattanooga Alton Park Distribution Center. Most recent was "perishable" item (insulin) delivered to the wrong address not even in an 8 block radius. When it was picked up from the wrong address and delivered to my address they threw it over the fence and left it in the hot sun. When I finally physically received it it was hot and therefore no longer any good. $1000 medication destroyed due to incompetence and ignorance. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Driver of Van doesn't speak English. Cannot communicate with her. This is a new company hired by FEDEX. Awful. It is against the law for commercial drivers not to speak English. I made a complaint to customer Service Representative who took my complaint. The man had a heavy Latino accent. I eventually asked where I was calling. Representative told me he was in a Guatemala. I'm shocked their outsourcing to Central America. Wow. I could barely communicate with him. What a joke. Do better FEDEX!
