Yesterday, our delivery driver refused to deliver our package because he “didn’t feel like dealing with it”. Different driver delivered it today, but our package is in awful shape. 🤦♀️
The FedEx driver that services my neighborhood is delivering packages that have very clearly been tampered. The tape is cut and folded in, or has been pulled off for someone to peek into the box and/or steal items. This is occurring to me and several other neighbors. I highly recommend against using fedex services in Chattanooga.
The FedEx driver for Rossville is absolutely terrible. Nothing ever gets delivered on time, you wait a week for an overnight package. Ghastly customer service as well. Foreign workers just talk in circles.
