Great customer service
Found a package in the middle of our cul-de-sac. The address wasn’t even in our subdivision . Tried calling FedEx and could never report this to a real person. Automated questions were not pertinent and would not transfer me to a live person.
Package was delivered to wrong address it clearly shows my address on the package but it was delivered next door instead (the address numbers of both houses are clear and correct on mailboxes) even shows in tracking the address it was delivered to is different from what is on the package

Your driver pulled up in front of my driveway and hit my mailbox when he did it but didn't bother to come and tell me about it Maybe I'll call the police and have him arrested for a hit-and-run. Have a nice day.
