Only wish there was an option for less than 1 star…for some reason, packages can NEVER be delivered if overnighted for Saturday delivery. Like clockwork, a “delivery exception” gets entered mid-morning on Saturday that states they attempted delivery but you were not home (even when you are and your door cam shows they never even attempted). Status will be updated to Sunday delivery, but the same thing happens again. You are lucky if it shows up on Monday, but it will most likely be Tuesday. An expensive package was stolen in transit and it took over a week for me to even be notified.
Every time I get a delivery thru this company my package is out in the yard it’s not even close to the mailbox 📪 they don’t care I wish there was a way I could make orders and never have to use this service ever again!! It’s so ignored to place a box out in the yard and then they just throw it across the fence smdh
