Fed Ex refuses to answer phone at every location. Their crap computer answering service tells you to go online, if you say you want to talk to a person They HANG UP On YOU 🤬 fedEx for how much you charge you can afford to have a person who's first language is English answering your phones.

100% my package will not be delivered to correct house when the vender picks FedEx for my package deliveries. They are 0/15!! Would not recommend. In the past I’ve even spoken to a manager at the Weatherford location apparently that was a waste of time:

Again my package was delivered to wrong place. It was my medicine. Where they delivered is a dog that chews things up. Fortunately thos time they caught it before he got ahold of it. We have had numerous conversations about this matter.

Our Fedex delivery man Jose, he is the best. I have never seen a Fedex delivery guy so dedicated like him. Just today it was raining cats and dogs, He wrapped our package in plastic bag even when it was a shovel which we didn't really mind of getting wet but he still proactively wrapped it. He is very patient and friendly.

A fedex location where you can't even ship stuff. The closest fedex office is 150 miles away. Genius idea. Lets make it so people cant ship fedex packages from fedex in Oklahoma. Thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard, and that's after living in ohio for 7 years, the land od stupid. Apparently Oklahoma lacks the intelligence even more than ohio and i didn't know that was even possible.
