Literally too lazy to drive the packages up the driveway. They leave valuable items on the road. Today was a 60lb piece of furniture that I had to wheelbarrow up the hill. Filed multiple complaints. Fed Ex is the WORST

I have lost all respect for FEDEX. My husband recently purchased some very expensive inverter batteries and they were delivered while we were at work. The driver haphazardly delivered them and dumped them on our driveway instead of at our front door, which has a covered awning. It poured that day and everything got soaked. SOAKED. It has been impossible getting in touch with a live person and their only response was to “leave a review for the driver”. Absolutely not acceptable. The customer service people tried very hard to help me. Unfortunately they were blocked by the wretchedly poor delivery service. For a week Fed Ex has lied about trying to deliver my package even though it is in Tallahassee. Even to the point of saying they could not find my house. Maybe they should try Google Maps. There was no signature needed and the box could have been delivered at any time. After a week of this garbage, I am finally told where my package is and I'm expected to pick it up.
