Their delivery driver won't deliver. 👎 I have to go to this hub every time I order something online to get my shipments. They use contractor delivery drivers who apparently just don't... Care 😑
My package was severely mishandled by FedEx. All the way around! My package delivery was never attempted, in spite of what the tracking said. Then I get a message they are sending it back!!!! It was package 2 of 3. It was a sofa!!!!!!!!!! Luckily, I saw they were trying to send it back and had to pick up at FedEx Ground. 30 miles from my house! So very disappointed. I have yet to hear anything from FedEx.
