Never received package. Carrier sent a photo from an ambiguous location that wasn't my address of my package with the box kicked in. Avoid FedEx if you can.
Yesterday, I was on a run in New Albany when I stopped to catch my breath due to the heavy humidity we're sweltering in. A FedEx truck delivered a package to a house I had stopped at to catch my breath. The FedEx employee who was sitting in the passenger seat saw me, and without asking, brought me a cold unopened bottle of water. I deeply appreciate the gentleman's kindness and consideration for my health. Thank you!
Dear FedEx, please teach your drivers to use some common sense when making deliveries. In the last two weeks, I've had two deliveries from this FedEx location and I've had an issue with both. The first was delivered to the wrong address. Now you might think it was delivered to a neighbor's house and so it was just a simple mistake, but that wasn't the case.
