If I could give a 0 I would. My boyfriend ordered something they said it will arrive around 1:30 p.m. they didn't show up until after 5:00 p.m it's a good thing we didn't have nothing to do. When he got his package it was open,the shipping label and the brown paper tape was cut, they used clear packing tape to retape it shut like we would not notice and the box was damaged. Lousy service. Watched driver come within 30 yards of my drive, then make a turn going other way. Waited 45 more minutes, then called fedex, got computer. Called back, got someone from india . No help. And this item has been out for delivery 5 days now.

Fed ex driver dropped my packages in the middle of my drive way straight up like they were a signal for people to grab for free over 400 $ of items I needed that they lazily unloaded from their truck then took an image to make it look like they were inside a door. But it was their truck!! My leg is broken and I cannot retirev them that far from my house and they lazily sat them to be stolen! If my packages disappear I will hold you responsible!
