Can't inform me when they will make a delivery, just wants to show up to my building, not even leave a tag on my door, and close the delivery. Every single product delivery is an issue with this company
DRIVER MONDRELL - NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY - THEY WILL LIE - LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO. TRACKING # Last Four 8628 - AT 15:43 - THEY UPDATED MY DEDEX ACCOUNT PROFILE SOMEHOW. THE LAST DELIVERY DRIVER WAS DAVID AND I COMPLAINED ABOUT HIM DELIVERING AT THE MAILBOX. THERE IS ALSO A FEMALE DRIVER - WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR - THAT NEVER DELIVERS HERE. THE TRUCK IS ALMOST BACK - TO JEFFERSONVILLE. - AS ALWAYS - FEDEX FAILED AGAIN - AS ALWAYS FEDEX SUCKS.
This place is a piece of trash. I waited for my office doors to be delivered August 23, 2025 at my business and no one ever showed up. They sent a text saying they attempted to deliver. I am here again today on 8-24-25 and again FedEx claims they attempted to deliver and no one showed up at all. They drivers are obviously a bunch of liars and I want nothing to do with this company and especially this location. I have filed formal complaints against this company and will be filling a complaint with BBB about their practices. ... read more
Any packages we have coming from there gets lost lie about trying to deliver its the worst of the worst. I wish companies would stop using fedex
I would leave a zero if I could. Truly the absolute worst company to ship with. It was not my choice to use them but I had an expensive item that required a signature. First it sits at a facility for 6 days and doesn’t move. Then the package gets delayed two days. It’s finally supposed to be delivered and the driver decides that slapping a door ticket on my mailbox which isn’t even visible from my house is a “delivery attempt”.
