The ground drivers couldn’t be lazier. I live in an apartment bldg that has a call box in entry.. press the button .. calls my number … I open door and package can be delivered. But no… packages are dumped in unsecured entrance … as far as getting them to your door AS IS EXPECTED especially with elderly or handicapped.. that doesn’t happen. The management? Ha! Wrote, called no response. Am asking when I order that FedEx not be used

Get a better driver. The guy is wouldn't even get off the truck to deliver without throwing treats to get my harmless dog away from him. He dropped the packages in the middle of my driveway just barely off the truck because he was afraid of the dog. And to top it off couldnt back up to get out of my driveway. Several times drove off the edge/ drove on my grass to turn around. Other fedex drivers in the past have loved my dogs and said they look forward to seeing them. Bring back those drivers. Would be zero stars.

If zero stars were an option, I'd give the ENTIRE FEDEX team a zero. They have lost 3 of my packages, left them at random addresses, and wouldn't repick them up to redeliver, nor would they tell me where they were so that I could go do their job. I have been sitting BY the door for 3 days for them to not deliver the package again. I've been hung up on and told it wasn't their problem.

Ordered online to be delivered to an address but insisted I pick it up and even asked for a signature and identification when I do. This place is hours away from where I am and the reason I am ordering online is because no one can pick it up for me nor can I drive. The worst and most inconvenient service. They just returned my product back to the shipper and I am just waiting for a refund for something I never received nor even have tried.
