Had important document needed a signature. Paid $5 extra to have the pakage delivered between 6pm-8pm since I get home around 6:30pm and still tries to deliver around 1:30pm. Now I have to pick it up at the store and wasted $5.
Attempted delivery today, tra it says business close when they attempted delivery, problem it a home address, and we've been home all day.
A package that was expected the day after Christmas has yet to arrive! I was never contacted, so when I did call I was told it was lost. A replaement package was ordered Jan. 7 and it has yet to arrive. Some of the excuses include weather delay but I have received packages from USPS and UPS in the meantime. Very disappointed in FEDEX!
Fedex does ALOT of shipping in the area. They do the best they can
