Attempted delivery today, tra it says business close when they attempted delivery, problem it a home address, and we've been home all day.
A package that was expected the day after Christmas has yet to arrive! I was never contacted, so when I did call I was told it was lost. A replaement package was ordered Jan. 7 and it has yet to arrive. Some of the excuses include weather delay but I have received packages from USPS and UPS in the meantime. Very disappointed in FEDEX!
Fedex does ALOT of shipping in the area. They do the best they can
This particular driver repeatedly delivers 1/2 mi away from my house instead of my front door per my delivery instructions. Every other carrier has no problem actually delivering to my house, not in the snow along a public road out of view of my house. I have left several reviews via the app detailing the issue and spoke to a customer service representative and still it is not being delivered to the right spot! Normally this FedEx place is good with delivering my items. However today I had things that were literally OUT.FOR DELIVERY and the driver named Broy didn't even attempt to make the delivery as he was supposed to. My tracking says no attempt to deliver made. What if I had wet cat food in boxes shipped from chewy. Living in north dakota in the winter those cans would all freeze and be destroyed. It would be nearly 300 dollars worth of product.
