my package has said that its been out for delivery for two days now. dont even try to call customer service and try and speak to customer service its just a robot. seriously it shouldnt take 2 days for a package to be delivered in their trucks.
Both today 5/19 and yesterday FED EX had a delivery for us. My Gravel two car width driveway was right next to where they chose to semi-circle thru my front yard. The yard is wet from rain &snow leaving dual wheel tracks very deep in the yard. I live on a corner and I also have a super large 10 car driveway on the side of my house with a door just beside the driveway. I'm 73 yrs old. I will have to buy dirt, place it and do my best to make these repairs. My home, yard and all of my property is neat and clean. Im so VERY SORR... read more
Horrible service. Every time we recieve something through fedex it takes at minimum 2 extra days, you can never speak to an actual person to find out where your package is. I've had an order say its "on it's way" for 2 days and never shows up, always being put on hold from the delivery person. Salina Fedex needs some improvement.
