I will feom now on not use companies that use FedEx. I currently have a mattress sitting behind my car that has an address on it for a town 30 miles away and im being told my package didn't have the correct address from the sender now when I look at the trucks deliveries the driver was trying to find my address in Ottumwa. But came to my house to incorrectly deliver to the wrong town. The driver isn't aware of what town he or she is in

I seriously live 3 miles from the Fed Ex location. My package has been in town and supposedly out for delivery every day for the past 5 days, yet never gets delivered. What is going on? Maybe the route driver needs to work backwards for a day to allow people at the end of his shift to finally receive their packages too!!!

Will deliver packages one day when the weather bad but the next day when its clear and the roads have been plowed they wont even attempt. No answer from any phone number and wont call back even if you leave a voice mail. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have put that

My prescription dog food has been sitting on a truck out for delivery since 5:20 am last Friday 12/12 2025 . I totally understand Saturday with the weather but they say they deliver all 7 days . It’s now the 15th no package . Chewy was kind enough to send another but I had to go get a bag at my Vets $65.00 for 7 1/2 lbs . Called FedEx 10 stories from 10 people .
