I was notified a package was delivered and within 15 minutes I was at my shop to get the package. But there was no package and my camera showed no driver had delivered. So, I called the 800 FedEx number and got absolutely zero help. I contacted this branch and Teri is who answered the call. She went above and beyond in less than 10 to find out what happened to the package. Luckily, the package was delivered next-door (easy mistake due to google maps). They lack consistent routes and drivers. Very few respectful drivers anymore. We are rural in the country. We have well trained dogs. For years they wait for UPS FedEx and USPS. They get excited to see the carriers. The different USPS and UPS drivers smile while greeting the dogs sometimes with treats. Always with enthusiasm. FedEx drivers just this week.
