Worst shipping company in the world
If I could give them a 0 I would!! FED-EX is a joke! They took a picture, said the package was delivered to your front door ( LIARS!!) and the package wasn’t there! We’ve been anxiously waiting for this package that never came. You call their number and it asked some stupid question about “ Are you over 40? Press 1 for yes, 2 for no” I push 2 and then it said something about getting a life support device, blah, blah, blah! Nightmare.
Literally tracked the delivery driver 2 minutes from my place to the interstate to the station. I call when I see this. They assure me that it'll be delivered tonight by 8 pm. 7:30 I get an email that it'll be delivered tomorrow. Call again - oh sorry they can't do anything because the station closes at 7. Won't give me the number to call my self after being reassured that it's going to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No attempt has ever been made for delivery
I would give 0 stars if I could. The are holding packages for 9 days saying weather. The street is clear. Has been for a week. UPS has been on our street 3 times this week. Why are they drivers if they can't drive a truck and deliver packages? Businesses, don't use FedEx they are horrendous.
