Terrible shipping service. They try and deliver your package during they day when you aren't home and they refuse to try again. If you want your package you have to drive to Neville Island. This company is terrible and all customer service is overseas and not helpful.

I was charged 24.50 to ship a package and then was charged 816.47. I can’t believe they’re in business. My credit card will refund me but these people are thief’s. The worst people.

Was supposed to have 2 packages (from same company) that required a signature be delivered today (1/3) between 10:00am-12:00pm. At around 11:45/11:50am I see a FedEx truck on my street drive away. I check my tracking and now the delivery time coincidentally changed to 'by end of day'. So I sit like a prisoner in my own home waiting. I randomly check my tracking number at 2:55pm and it says delivery was attempted at 2:53pm and no one was home! There was NEVER a knock on my door or sticky note left on it. I can’t see how this is still in operation. I had a package that was to be delivered on a Monday. I call and customer service said the package never went out but I also got a email saying it as out for delivery. I continued to check on the email and then it stated that driver attempted the delivery which was a lie.Tuesday the same email states it’s out for delivery and they give you a time frame.
