I waited for a week with lots of calls and fake updates even changing my travel plans staying longer for my package now im on my way to pick it up myself. If i wanted to pick it up i would never order it online. Customer support is absolutely useless people who work there dont know their job AT ALL. They js act like they care and shove us aside.
After fighting with fedex for over a week with multiple calls, updates, and assurances that my package would be delivered the next day (and the status never changing on the tracker) I ended up having to pick up the package from the depot myself
Driver delivery my package at wrong house.
