Driver from this station forged my signature and stole my $932 package (a camera from Canon) on Saturday 10/25/25 at 11:37am. FedEx support just keeps giving me the runaround saying the investigation is ongoing so unfortunately I have no choice but to get the police involved. Hope it was worth it!
This was a contractor site a lot of contractors for FedEx I thought I was going to stay long but it didn’t happen happen
I waited for a week with lots of calls and fake updates even changing my travel plans staying longer for my package now im on my way to pick it up myself. If i wanted to pick it up i would never order it online. Customer support is absolutely useless people who work there dont know their job AT ALL. They js act like they care and shove us aside.
