I would give 0 stars if I could. The are holding packages for 9 days saying weather. The street is clear. Has been for a week. UPS has been on our street 3 times this week. Why are they drivers if they can't drive a truck and deliver packages? Businesses, don't use FedEx they are horrendous.
Worst delivery service available. They dont ever stop to think how important a delivery may be to someone. And make ZERO effort. Every other service at least tries. I went to walk down the driveway to be nice and do the work myself and take package.. but they stopped waited 3 seconds to decide they didnt want to walk and left as i was walking to them in the cold to take the package. Company is a straight joke bunch of liars and no one in there customer support knows what’s going on told me my package was in the truck for delivery Noe it never was even thought the tracking number says it was
Edited to add: [if you have to go there to pickup a package; the workers/security guards are so nice] Similar to others, I feel like this FedEx is the worst in history. They will go days without even attempting delivery until you are forced to pick it up yourself. I truly think they have lazy drivers who don’t want to work or carry heavy packages.
