My husband used FedEx to ship his board of military achievements and FedEx broke the case that held all of them. Once they “heard the glass break” they threw the whole thing in the trash! All of his medals, coins and patches he’s collected over the years are gone, this is totally unacceptable. These items are irreplaceable and we can never get them back all because FedEx threw his package in the trash! Our old driver is apparently not working on our route anymore. The new drivers are too ignorant to use a map to find our house. Our house sits on a HWY with a 5ft tall address sign next to that HWY. These drivers do not care. I watched one of them drive right past then turn around at the dead end and drive pass by again! Husband needed his medicine that was on dry ice. This was the worst FedEx day ever this was not our normal driver that has never missed our house he's always got our packages to us this driver today delivered my business supplies over 200 dollar worth of custom beads to a completely different road and that was it . So I have customers waiting on it I called the 1800 number and they just kept telling me that I need to call the seller . My was supposed to arrive yesterday (7/7/2025). It didn't show up. I went to check why, as I had seen them in my neighborhood early in the day, and at8:39 pm,they had updated it with the no one was home/business was closed excuse. I was home all day long. So hey FedEx whats up with this? This morning it said it was back at the location in Alexandria and will be delivered on next business day! Today is the next business day, so where is my package? I would give a zero if I could.
Come on… y’all can do better.. it’s like this every time she comes..
