FedEx in Alexandria, LA on 530 Vanderburg Drive is a joke and disgrace to community it serves. Called to Customer Service at 9:45 pm to arrange pick-up of a package that requires a signature and the fact that I do not work in Alexandria and arrives home after attempts and do not want package sent back because no one is there to sign for it.
