Come on… y’all can do better.. it’s like this every time she comes.. edit.. should be negative stars. Same lady left package where it can be rained on.
Terrible service from the Alexandria, LA facility. My package requires a signature and needs to be shipped with dry ice to keep it from being ruined/damaged. Just found the package sitting in the driveway, no knock on the door, no signature and no ice.
Absolutely horrible and drivers are lazy. They no longer put your packages on porch. The mark they left of porch but in fact leave on top of trash cans, propped on your back tire, thrown in driveway etc
