They put wrong address even tho the address was posted at driveway and it was the correct driveway. I know they were at the right address cause I was entering the yard as they pulled out...they saw me and left anyway. I called customer service...they put in a request for a redelivery supposedly...but decided to return to sender instead an hour after i verified my address and asked for same day redelivery...and couldn't let me pick it up... or redeliver even tho the package was still on the truck. Drivers keep leaving packages halfway down the driveway.
3rd day of sitting around a waiting on my packages and I know it probably isn’t happening today either because we live in rural area and the dirt road is flooded, but tell me why they can say that it was the wrong address one day and the next say it was closed and that they left a doortag but when I got a picture of the doortag it was in the drivers hand and was the same for both of my packages coming from two separate places and the doortag wasn’t even left on the DOOR on top of the door tag number and phone number being in... read more
