Today i was driving in my apartment complex to go to the main drag in leesville. FedEx in Alexandria, LA on 530 Vanderburg Drive is a joke and disgrace to community it serves. Called to Customer Service at 9:45 pm to arrange pick-up of a package that requires a signature and the fact that I do not work in Alexandria and arrives home after attempts and do not want package sent back because no one is there to sign for it. My medication was delivered to wrong address!! The picture that was shown was not of my porch. We have address sign in the yard and at the door of our home. They say it was delivered to the right address. WRONG!! This was refrigerated medicine that I was waiting on and it was not delivered correctly besides I lost money because fed ex is telling the shipper that it went to the right address! This place is horrible. The claim the package was rerouted, the driver was just too lazy. I encourage you all to file complaints with the BBB and attorney general.
