No customer service at all!!!!
The customer service levels at FedEx are impossibly bad. I just need to speak to someone but the virtual assistant is so bad that they hung up on me twice. I guess I'm going to UPS now.
Tried to return a package delivered to our home by mistake. Went to 2 locations with no success. Finally had to spend 20 minutes on the phone just to finally get a pick up at our home.
