I wouldn't even give 1 star...the delivery drivers are incompetent...ive lived here 11 years i get packages almost daily....there is no excuse for "couldnt find residence" fire these dumbasses and get dome competent drivers with a brain.
The delivery drivers are horrible!!!! I've continuously had to get my packages from the house in front of me. I have given specific instructions for my duplex and the person in the house in front even has a note on her door saying we live in the duplex directly behind her. With all the instructions, they can only get it right like 2 times out of 10. Why is it that the SAME guy gets it right one day, then the NEXT DAY, decides to deliver to the wrong house again? I have always received great service here. The lady that works at the counter is very friendly. Never have had an issue!
Fed Ex was unable to leave a pkg because I wasn't home. Since I wouldn't be home the following day, I asked if I could pick up the package at the local Fed Ex distribution office. Yikes! To satisfy this simple request it took 2 phone calls and 30 minutes!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. 3 packages from the same place coming to my house. 2 came UPS, 1 FedEx. THe 2 UPS ones came no problem (as usual), the Fed Ex driver never came. Said "I delivered the package, but all the houses look the same. Sorry" He dropped my package off at a random house because he couldn't take the 2 seconds to read the clearly marked numbers on our houses. Now I have no textbook for class that starts Thursday. I got NO help from the manager whatsoever. DO NOT USE!!!!
If you have a choice don't use them. I would give 0 stars if allowed!! They should be out of business. Snowed here yesterday and they delivered a package with no problem. Today it is 40 degree, snow has melted and they claim weather prevents them from delivering my sons shots. They were paid for overnight delivery, didn't deliver and the compounded shots will now be ruined. The worst? The facility is 45 minutes from my house, someone was there to answer the phone and I would drive to get my little boys shots BUT they wanted ... read more
Don't use Fedex. UPS has never come in here and run over my 4-wheeler wagon before! My dog was running along side, and instead of watching where he was driving, he ran over my wagon! Now it's gonna cost me over $200. to replace it. What if he had hit my truck or ran over a child!
