Still waiting for my package to be delivered, the local facility has had it for 2 whole days, and it’s still not out for delivery. Very frustrating that a customer can’t get any info to contact the local facility to see why it’s not being delivered. This isn’t the first time they’ve delayed packages to my house, with no explanation as to why from them.
Great place great people
I am five months pregnant and I just had to pick up two 50# boxes from an elderly lady's house. I live on Independence Road. My boxes were delivered to Buckskin Road at a completely different number. This is the second time in four months that has happened to us. The first time, I wasn't lucky enough to get my $80 order back. Do better or don't work there.
Packages keep getting loaded on the delivery vehicle (I have to rearrange my day to sign for these), and then getting rescheduled at the end of the day. Update: Of three packages that have been sent to me by FedEx in the last two weeks, two have arrived late (including one that was supposed to be an overnight shipment), and one was delivered early—to the wrong house.
