The driver for my address sucks, he never delivers packages to the correct place and is extremely lazy.

Route driver for Clinton is a total waste. You should hire people that will actually do their job.
The driver for my address flat out refuses to deliver my packages to my house, he drops them at the bottom of my driveway claiming theres a gate stopping him from getting to the house. THERE'S NO GATE IN MY DRIVEWAY!!! No other carrier has a problem delivering to my door. I've managed to get the number for his direct manager and he seems to not care about the problem at all. I'm going to find a way to get this to the top of the company and take it to court if I have to.
