Absolutely no possible way to talk to a live person!! The virtual assistant is useless. Wife and I are both handicapped and the delivery instructions state, please deliver packages to the porch/deck.. Has never happened ever, Obviously they don't read the delivery instructions. I have 2 packages coming today that are medical supplies, they weigh 21# each, my wife can't possibly move them from the yard to the porch, we have a ramp so delivering them to the porch should be a NO brainer.
Had a promise delivery date of 10/29 it's now 10/30 still no delivery if ya can't deliver on promise date those items should be first priority drivers and fedex do your job better at this point the post office is better than you!
Great place. Good people. They care bout their company their employees and all their customers they impressed me. Thanks FedEx.
