Horrible Horrible experience! First off, the fact that their customer service is outsourced oversees is pathetic. The Knoxville Tennessee Fed Ex ground is poorly ran and exemplifies extreme incompetence. My package made it all the way from California to Knoxville, but now it's two days late making it to my house. And has yet to arrive. No one can give me a valid reason for the delay. The majority of individuals who work there are very helpful when I have to pickup packages.
Driver almost hit a kid, called to report it and I get an automated message that hangs up without taking a report. Take some responsibility before someone gets seriously hurt by your driver's negligence.
The driver for my address sucks, he never delivers packages to the correct place and is extremely lazy.
