I purposely avoid ordering from companies unless I have to due to packages rarely being delivered on time, getting lost at the warehouse or being delivered to the wrong address! I ordered 2 items at the same time and received an email from the company stating there was a delay and the order would arrive 3-4 days late. One of the packages arrived late at the 3-4 day mark, but the other was missing and it was unknown if it would be found. It finally showed up 3 days after that. They somehow managed to deliver three packages totaling 100+ pounds to the wrong address and their customer services system is terrible to work with
I took off work for a delivery. When I woke up I received notice that my shipment was delayed a day! Now I have to take a second day off. Stay away at all costs!
