HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE LOCATION anything I get from parkersburg is delivered on time no issues. THIS location however has had my item, its put on TWO separate trucks for delivery updates as "out for delivery" and the driver just ends up driving back to the warehouse and my package gets stuck. Also I'm not even able to go up there and get the package and do their job for them because they "don't give packages to customers" if your drivers are too lazy or too slammed to drive the package out to me GIVE IT TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR LE... read more
Love this place, Good Atmosphere
If I could give fed ex a 0 I would , I ordered my grandson a toy box for Christmas on Nov 30 was supposed to be here on Dec 9 , today is the 19 and still no Toy box. I call fed ex and the call went to Philippines. And they told me the same thing I was Able to see by tracking . NEVER WOULD I SHIP WITH FED EX
