Glad that there is a physical walk in location.
Ive been on the phone with fed ex more than 10 times in the past week. My delivery will be on a truck out for delivery, then no attempt made for 4 or 5 days. When they show up it looks like its been through a meat grinder. I own a business and every day my package is delayed I lose money. It blows my mind how a company who's primary business is delivering packages sucks so freaking bad at it.
The drivers are stealing packages!!!!! They pull into the driveway sit a little while and leave. I have a full 5 minute video of the driver pulling into my driveway and never getting out of the truck. This is a $800 item and Fedex isn't taking this serious. I will be filing a police report on the driver and reporting this to the BBB. DO BETTER FEDEX
