Another package delivered to the wrong address! This company is a total disaster.
As a delivery driver i have never ever not at least made an attempt to deliver someone's package. There is no way fedex is letting these drivers pick a phony code in the scanner saying they can't find an address or something isn't accessible when I've sent pictures of my complex even a recording of the driver passing by after receiving notification that there's an exception with my delivery. My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago ,driver says address doesn’t exist but I get Amazon and UPS delivered to the same address all the time.Call customer service and they tell me to call shipper but shipper has same address on my invoice.Make it make sense not the first time had a problem with them .That’s why I don’t ship with them.
They constantly have delivery exceptions on their Ground shipments, and we never receive our packages on time. When track a shipment, their system will say a delivery attempt was made- even though no one actually showed up. And when you call customer service to complain, it feels like you're talking to a robot.
