Piss poor online support, no customer phone support, even worse customer service reps... If I could leave negative ratings, it would be -5 stars as a Company...
Glad that there is a physical walk in location.
Ive been on the phone with fed ex more than 10 times in the past week. My delivery will be on a truck out for delivery, then no attempt made for 4 or 5 days. When they show up it looks like its been through a meat grinder. I own a business and every day my package is delayed I lose money. It blows my mind how a company who's primary business is delivering packages sucks so freaking bad at it.
