Package was delayed multiple days and the tracker shows the driver pass my residence multiple times. Dont use FedEx they are a total dysfunctional company and an embarrassment compared to all other deliver services. Their customer service is a joke, the app is a joke, their tracking is a joke. Just an all around circus of a company that used to be good. If you have e something being delivered by FedEx just fully expect to be disappointed beyond belief. My package arrived at the facility 02/18/26 .. It's now 02/23/26 ... And it still hasn't been delivered to my house ... I only live several miles from the facility and there haven't been any updates since the one stating that they received my package .. Horrible Customer Service .... Are you Guys sure you are a professional Facility ... I don't think so .. PS: WHERE THE HELL IS MY PACKAGE
