This is a new occurrence. All employees are forced to wait in this sky bridge during the week before each shift. It's now a "first come, first serve" employer, apparently. You have to show up about an hour early just for the chance of being let into the building for your scheduled shift on time. ...which is an average of about 5 (unpaid) hours/week.
