MARCH 2024...if I could, Id give 0 stars I would. We paid a heavy freight fee for a delivery. We needed a change of address, and made the correct provisions to do so. It was confirmed by the attendant and we received multiple confirmations of the address change by phone and messages. Fed Ex delivered to the old address, then wanted us to still have delivered, pay the additional freight fee of $180, then fill out a claim to dispute the charges.
