Disgraceful. Never use Fed Ex again. Dont pay to have them break your things when you can just break them yourself for free.
Something corrupt is going on at this facility. I live in Birmingham, and had two pretty pricey packages (baby items- one a dresser and one a stroller) go through this Bessemer facility. The day it said the two packages were out for delivery, I saw the FedEx driver pull up into our driveway, go to back of truck, get back in driver seat and drive off. Days later, it said that one item was back en route to the sender/where it originally came from and I was not notified of any damage to the parcel or notified of it going back t... read more
Always been good until recently,one package was delayed then so called delivered to a house( which wasn't mine) and there is no house on my road that resembles the picture of where they left my package.NOW I'm currently waiting on a package that's been out for delivery since yesterday.i will be calling cooperate if this package doesn't arrive
