Super super helpful staff. Been having issues returning a bigger package and had 0 luck with the actually company for the return and then going to multiple fedex locations. First time coming here we were almost in and out and had incredible staff to help! I wish I got their names cause they deserve the recognition, so thank you to the front desk lady at the window and her manager. I hope you have nothing but good things come to you!!!

My delivery instructions tell the drivers how to open gate for larger packages. I just bought an outdoor furniture set and fed ex ignored the instructions I then wrote them a sign asking them to look at the instructions or to call me (i wrote my number down) and again they ignored it Moving that furniture, by myself, because my husband is deployed really hurt my back. I know the drivers are busy but it’s just opening a gate and driving up to the front door that’s 500 ft from the gate. Plenty of room for a large delivery truc... read more
