If I could give ZERO stars for FedEx service/delivery. Yes, I had a large and heavy order that came in 3 boxes. Yes, I live on the 3rd floor, so I was prepared to HELP the driver bring up my packages AND tip the driver handsomely for helping to deliver the packages. They delivered a box to my direct neighbor, you'd think the LEAST they could do was knock on my door and ask if I could get someone to help bring up my packages. I accidentally slept through a scheduled delivery from FedEx Freight last Friday. The people at this location were polite and helpful in scheduling a time for me to come by and pick up my delivery and they even helped me load it in my car.
LTL driver Tim Burkholder is a great driver and delivers exemplary customer service every time he stops by the warehouse I manage. He's a pleasure to work with and we look forward to seeing his truck pulling in.
