If I could give ZERO stars for FedEx service/delivery. Yes, I had a large and heavy order that came in 3 boxes. Yes, I live on the 3rd floor, so I was prepared to HELP the driver bring up my packages AND tip the driver handsomely for helping to deliver the packages. They delivered a box to my direct neighbor, you'd think the LEAST they could do was knock on my door and ask if I could get someone to help bring up my packages.
