just filed my complaints with our state AG and the FTC. FedEx ground can't pull their heads out of their butts long enough to match the number on a house to the number on a box. Ongoing issue. Lots of companies having to re-ship or reimburse for missing packages. Drivers take a picture of a patch of grass or a public sidewalk instead of the package and the house as proof of delivery which is an FTC regulatory violation.
I found an old shipping label for my CPAP machine to be returned didn't know if it was still good so went there to find out and they were very helpful and very friendly kudos to the staff there.
