Chamel Abdulkarim “should’ve delivered my packages on time” besides the dark humor I’ve been waiting for almost two week on a suspiciously missing package. investigations is telling me the trailer picked it up on the way to you guys and made it! yet the contents weren’t in the package because it was damaged so they looked closely into it as said “you’re better off reordering it from a refund” how ahh is that? No call to let me know a huge pallet was going to be dropped off on my driveway. I always received a call to schedule a delivery day/time when I was at a different location. Didn’t appreciate the surprise, and wasn’t given the opportunity to inspect and sign off on it.
Another 30 minute wait to get my items from will call. Not much else to say UPDATE: back today. Waiting Again for over 50 minutes. Only one person can bring a pallet out the door to load someone??? UPDATE: communication is great with them. Today and the last few times have went pretty smooth. The will call guy is great to work with. So is Nicki also in the office. Update: checked in at gate...... nobody down to load our bring pallets for over an hour. Back to negative. Plus the 8' pallet is picked up today was destroyed!!! S... read more
