FedEx has really good down in terms of customer service. They regularly lie about status of a delivery and make up excuses when they don’t deliver for their issues. I can understand if they were truthful but they are not. They lie more than the truth. It is so easy to catch lies with cameras to disprove. Maybe Elon and DOGE can work on FedEx next.

Friendly staff, well planned traffic pattern, quick delivery, and excellent loading help. I like doing business with FedEx freight.

When the sole reason your company is open is to deliver packages in a timely fashion... Do that. The lack of info/service is appalling. I was notified at 6am that my package was on delivery truck and my delivery window was 9:15 to 11am. Package never came and not 1 notification or update was provided. I waited till after 8pm to call and inquire. I was informed that my package was never on a truck for delivery today and was never scheduled for delivery today. Really??
