FedEx can't find my address and every avenue I've taken to resolve the issue (online, chat, phone) is a dead end. They make it impossible to talk to a live person when you need to. Oddly enough, UPS and Amazon have no trouble making deliveries to us. Frustrating and disappointing.
Drivers can't use Google maps and deliver to wrong addresses
Their driver is a liar and I have him on camera placing multiple “delivery attempted” notes on my door in the span of 2 minutes. Because of this, I had to travel from Covington to Athens to retrieve the package because it was time sensitive. The operator called and said they tried 3 times to deliver the package, but they only tried twice & the second time, I was coming to the door but I couldn’t get there immediately.
