I recommend going to a different location. When I drop off packages with Prefilled FedEx airbills they do not use the same tracking number and when providing the tracking information to our clients, the tracking number is not found. It becomes an unnecessary hassle for us to call the store and request for the new tracking number. This location does not listen to customers request and is aware of their issue.

DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE. I dropped a package here almost two weeks ago and it has yet to be picked up. After several calls to FedEx, it sounds like they are no longer using drop boxes, but there is nothing to indicate this on the box. I’ve made several requests to get my package picked up, to no avail. I do not understand how this is not more of a concern to FedEx, this makes me question why FedEx has been our preferred shipping partner for so long. Absolutely unacceptable.

Hard to find but you have to go to the backside of building. It's on the corner by sidewalk. Kinda nice it's not in plain site.

Drop box is in inner circle of business park at entrance to building 2627 (which is on the backside of the building labeled 2625. Business park is needlessly confusing). The address is incorrect and I put in an edit on google and fedex so hopefully it's accepted. Pickup is 6 PM as of Aug 2022
