I drop something off here over a month go to get an replacement. I have yet to receive anything. I’m not sure if it’s the company not wanting to give me a replacement or what. However I’m very upset I would not recommend this drop box if you have something of value. Because with out tracking or knowing if this sight is actually active for pick ups you’re screwed. Go to ups in my opinion it’s significantly better!
