I dropped off my package over a month ago, it never been handled and lost. They ask for documentation, but there is no receipt provided for drop off box. How ridiculous!!! It was an expensive package. I want my money back. I'm done with FedEx. I've heard a lot of people lost their expensive package with FedEx. DO NOT USE THEM.
