Do not use FedEx drop boxes for anything important. Dropped something off here at lunch time on a Friday for express Saturday delivery, pick up time was supposed to be by 5pm. FedEx driver never picked up until Monday, delivered it and still charged for overnight delivery. FedEx admits the driver did not pick up anyone's packages from that box on that day, yet won't refund or even partially refund for their screw up.
