I don’t know if this drop box is in service. I dropped off a package at the location and the package never got scanned. On their website it shows that it is active but I am not sure how often they pick up the packages at this location. Getting a hold of anyone through their customer service options is impossible. Update information. My package was scanned, I was able to get updates through my email and the tracking information.
Posting this review so people know where to find it. It's off in a little corner and you won't know it's there unless you walk that way. It's next to the Amtrack baggage area, just walk to the left of the Subway restaurant and you'll see it.
