Fast and reliable
I took a well packaged box to Fedex. The fed ex agent inspected my box, asked if anything breakable in it, I said no, it's just a foodsaver machine that I'm exchanging. She continued to feel on box, took her opener out proceeded to cut open my box to open it up, then said she couldn't ship it unless I bought a fed ex box or took it home and re-boxed it.
