Please DO NOT USE this Dropbox at this location. My whole ordeal happened after I dropped the package at this Dropbox. I checked the status of my return package every single day, but it didn’t show any movement since I dropped it off. Then I read the reviews from other people, I knew immediately that my package was lost or stolen. I’ve been on the phone with FedEx dispatchers, customer services many times, many days. Do not use this drop off box. Ive had over $700+ worth of product stolen from this drop off box. Fedex wont look into it. Clearly someone that works for fedex is stealing the packages and without scanning the packages. This is ridiculous

0 stars if possible! Although this is very conveniently located, the package I dropped in was never picked up and scanned in by FedEx. I've been told that it's a frequently broken into box, so I will not be using it again and highly recommend that you don't either. After many unsuccessful attempts to get through to a representative over the phone (so much wasted time), I've learned this "hack" and hope it can help if you decide to call in as well: Dial 800-463-3339 for customer service. DO NOT USE THIS DROP BOX!!!!!!! My package was stolen from this drop box and the drop box is not regularly serviced up at this location. Fed Ex would not honor the claim made for the package. DO NOT USE THIS DROP BOX!!!!!

NOT AN ACTIVE DROPBOX!!! Despite that the FedEx.com website says that this is an active box, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a woman today who informed me that the box doesn't show up on their end. FedEx doesn't have my package after 5 days. Fortunately, it was just a return, and the company is great about dealing with it, but DO NOT USE THIS DROPBOX!!! Very annoying since there is no other FedEx drop off anywhere nearby.
