I’ve used this drop box maybe 5 times and 2 of those times my package never even shipped—as in it didn’t even enter the tracking system. Both of those times the packages were clearly marked with return labels, with additional labels inside in case the outside label got damaged. I have never had this problem with a FedEx drop box before. If you want to ship your packages safely, use a different box.
