Convenient location on FedEx lot. We had several inches of snow, and the box area was cleared and easily accessible for a drive-up drop.
December 12, 2024: this distribution center is new, recently built. I don't have any idea if "Christmas volume" is off the charts or not, but the office isn't delivering my packages...they're just sitting there. I have called FedEx and CSR's only make empty promises. FedEx is used by big companies like Walmart.com and Bestbuy.com. If this office is in trouble, then perhaps I can get a regional manager to analyze the problem.
