If I could give a zero I would. I have experienced a series of problems from Fed Ex delivery drivers not knowing how to use a buzzer system in front of an apartment building to dumping a large package in a foyer of the apartment building and not delivering to my door. There appears to be no effort to actually deliver the item to the person. Fed Ex does not phone you, or text, or email that they tried to deliver the package.
