My 735$ package was delivered to wrong address and signed by different person not me. They just don't care, telling me that they don't need customer signature to deliver. I was calling call center for a week, everyday they fed me with "tomorrow" and doing next to nothing to solve my issue. They also declined my claim. Very disappointed, worst delivery company in Canada.
No signs telling you that its in staples. GPS locating isn't very accurate
This is a delivery from a Walmart warehouse to a Walmart store. They claim they tried to deliver at 3:26 pm but Walmart was closed! How stupid do they think we are? If you're going to lie, at least make it believable ffs.
Driver left a tag with no information 2 days in a row and can't read the business hours,
