They did not advise that there are duty fees attached to our package, then sent an “out for delivery email” with no further updates. We have been awaiting an extremely important package for days, and now we’re getting jerked around. We contacted the seller to have confirmed that they did not charge duty on the shipment. Upon contact with a fedex agent, she refused us a supervisor and have no assistance. Avoid fedex if you can, this is horrible.
