Why do you continually take up 2 “reserved no parking” spots in our very limited residential parking area when there is a huge parking lot right next to it and across from it you can park at to do your deliveries? These are reserved for the people who live here and paid for their spot—who then come home and can’t park their vehicle and arent allowed to park in any other spots for longer than an hour, which totally inconveniences them (some elderly and/or disabled).
Dropped a package off for FedEx Monday that was time sensitive, they guaranteed it would be there by 17:00 the next day, it just had to go to Abbotsford, I get a call at 15:00 Tuesday from FEDEX that says it is still in Kamloops and that when I was told my package would make 17:00 it was the depots fault not FedEx. Samples are now useless and not sure if they will even make it to their destination.
