Unfortunately another let down as FedEx says you can go to any drop off location and they will print your shipping label for you and yet this place has a nice little print out sign that says they won’t do that. That’s just cheap and a letdown on customer service.
Literally they never buzz my apartment any time they deliver a package. My car is broken at the moment right now and they have terrible customer service
I showed up to inquire about mailing a ceramic mug I hand painted to a family member. The staff member just dropped it right on the floor right in front of me. He is so so lucky it didn't break on impact or it would have been a big problem.
Fast, good attitude, perfect quality of services they provided
