Did not get my package. I was home all day, and got the message that FedEx “attempted” to deliver my package, but “no one was able to receive”. Again, no one called me and rang the doorbell. Don’t trust FedEx.
You’re open from 9-5, most people work during the day or those exact hours. How are people supposed to pick up there parcels?
This location is closed after 5pm and is not open during the long weekend or holidays. That means that I have to wait 4 more days to pick up a delivery that took 4 days to make it to the city, I also have to run like a mad man on Tuesday just bacause I have a normal job. This makes Canada post look so much better then this usless FedEx
If you want something to get there overnight: cant beat Fed Ex
unacceptable opening hours for those who work late when Fedex doesn't bother delivering next day, and doesn't allow dogs inside for simply picking something up.
