The employees here are a prime example of incompetence. The only response they know is "I don't know" and "I'm not sure". They expect me to pay more for their mistake which for some reason they said it wasn't their fault and blamed the system. I went to a different fedex shipment centre nearby and they were able to assist me without error and actually charged me less than what these fools offered. If you can't even do this job right then just give up while you're ahead.
