This location you can’t find parking but you have to go around and you’ll see parking in the basement for 3 hours free. I don’t know what would happen after 3 hours… service is good though, but fedex charges more. For a letter package going to Burbank CA with .50lb costs $121 as compared to Canada post of just $50. But I still chose FedEx.
this shop is welcoming than Staples staff. I sent a package to the US thru Fedex and they were able to answer my questions about my parcel estimated time of arrival in the US. Their rate is also bettet than the Staples
Called for pick up return product back to Amazon, supposed pick up on Nov 27/23. Four days from now, everyday push to next day, customer service said for sure will pick up next day, no one pick it up.No one can help out, what is your company doing? No trust and no courtesy, very bad service, you cannot track my order? This is the second bad experience I got from your company. I don’t recommend it everyone is using FedEx for service
Very helpful and friendly service especially from Alex who helped me dropping a FedEx letter. I forgot the label that was sent to me by FedEx by email and, after I got home, I found it and when I called Alex he offered to print it from my forwarded email and attached it to the letter saving me a trip back to the store.
Is this address valid or the shop already moved out? I couldn't find the shop over there today. How often google validate the address?
