Package delivery was Saturday (today) and they couldn't even bother to ring my unit, just left a note. Now it's pushed back until Monday to god knows when, and pray they take care of the packages with sensitive components in them. Calling them does nothing.
FedEx is the worst shipping company. They don’t have good customer service and when you contact them through calls or email they take months and ask you the same questions and documentation every time instead of solving the issue. My package came broken and the person who helped us for the shipment at Owen sound location mentioned that we will be given 45% discount and it’s been more than 5 months that I am fighting with customer service to get that discount. I had no problem with getting my parcel returned. It was so quick and easy.
My package made it from California to Owen Sound in 4 days. But can't make the hour long trip to Walkerton in 3 weeks. Still waiting, no update. Opened a ticket with customer service and their response amounted to "sorry about your luck, you'll just have to wait" I even offered to go and pick it up from them, and was told "that's not an option" Absolutely ridiculous! Zero stars, would not recommend.
tracking could not find my package, they kept saying its on its way, never showed, customer service is a joke, automated and keeps you going in circles with no help what's so ever, also expensive, use any other carrier
