My package made it from California to Owen Sound in 4 days. But can't make the hour long trip to Walkerton in 3 weeks. Still waiting, no update. Opened a ticket with customer service and their response amounted to "sorry about your luck, you'll just have to wait" I even offered to go and pick it up from them, and was told "that's not an option" Absolutely ridiculous! Zero stars, would not recommend.
tracking could not find my package, they kept saying its on its way, never showed, customer service is a joke, automated and keeps you going in circles with no help what's so ever, also expensive, use any other carrier
