The staff is not friendly.
The young lady staff misguided us for getting US dollar money order. Since it was my first time sending an important package via FedEx and also getting Money order, I did not have any idea how it works. I only had heard that if I get my Money order from Post offices, things will go faster. Hence, I assumed that they really issue that. She confidently advised us to go to the main FedEx branch near the 401 highway where we went and found that they do not do any thing with Money order either.
