Firstly, I have always had great service the three times I have sent a parcel by FedEx at Kamloops Home Hardware. I hope today was an exception. A gentleman (and I use the term loosely) was at the Home hardware FedEx counter when I put my parcel on the counter. He looked at the box and said, “I don’t see any stickers ..where’s your QR code & weight?” I’ve never been asked this before ..maybe because I’m elderly and they understand.
