Trash service all around.
I can only assume the staff there must be very unhappy with their life to be this rude. If you hate serving FedEx customers so much, perhaps you should stop offering FedEx services altogether.
I dropped off a package and asked for a proof of shipment receipt. Instead of providing one, the staff kept making different excuses for why they couldn’t issue it. It was a frustrating experience, and the customer service was disappointing.
Super helpful!! Thank you Dave!!
