I didn’t get any help with returning my package and the man who works here is extremely rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to a woman. Very disrespectful and i wonder why fedex still keeps this spot as there shipment spot.

Completely disorganized. Was contacted that there was a failed delivery attempt (I was not told I would need to be there for the delivery as there is a mail room at my address where packages are typically delivered no problem). I went to where the package was held for pickup (this address) and they could not find my package. I phoned customer service and they said they do not know where it is. I requested a refund and now 3 weeks later I was notified that my package was delivered but it is not here? I see from the other revi... read more
