Wrong hours had to drive for no reason
This is a zero star rate. We received absolutely no contact and package was returned We had a packaged shipped to us Dec 3. There was apparently 2 attempts at delivery made but no notices were left for us to contact. We tried to reach out and were told they were returned the product an it was our fault for not watching the tracking although we didn’t have any tracking to watch. Located at the LA Tanning salon. Super fast and easy
The man that works here is so rude and definitely should not be working as a customer service representative for anyone, especially a large shipping service like FedEx. Not only is he rude, but he refuses to print a drop off slip proving that I mailed the package, that seems like an obvious and simple request when mailing a package! So when I took my package back and went to Staples FedEx counter, they happily printed me a tracking receipt and proof of shipping.
